DISNEY WONDER ALASKA CRUISE SERIES - Episode 1 (Pre-Cruise Vancouver) Day 1 starts with a pre-cruise trip to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We fly from LAX to Vancouver Int'l Airport. It's then room tour time at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel. Ended up in a great room with an adjoining room for the boys. We then enjoyed a 27th Anniversary gift from Josh, which included fine dining at the Five Sails Restaurant. It was an awesome time with some awesome foods, especially the apple dessert. You have to see the apple. While we were dining, the boys and the rest of the gang were enjoying some Korean BBQ and some ice cream. Everybody had a wonderful night and a great start to the vacation.
Can't wait for the cruise, but we have one day left in Vancouver before heading out to Alaska. It's a day at the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and Gastown in Vancouver. Really looking forward to our bucket list of cruising in Alaska.
This was supposed to be a 25th Anniversary cruise, but due to COVID in 2020 all Disney Alaska Cruises were canceled through 2022; therefore this was our 25th anniversary celebration cruise, but on our 27th Anniversary.
