We had heard lots of things about Carnival Cruises and most of them were not great so we really wanted to try them out for ourselves. This past summer we sailed on Carnival Cruises Mardi Gras and there were a lot of things that surprised us. So we have made a list of the top 10 things that really shocked us about Carnival Cruises.

For many people Carnival Cruises 2022 is their first time on a ship or back on a ship since start up. Some things have changed but many experiences are the same.
One of the areas we were really surprised with was the Havana. The Carnival Horizon also has a Havana and we met a couple that loved the Horizon. The rooms were really nice and we loved the extended balcony. We felt it was pretty private and loved the private outdoor bar area.
