The cruise line is also cutting stateroom attendant salaries on the heels of increasing daily gratuities by 20 percent, effective January 1. Carnival Cruise Line has named Celebrity Chef Emeril its Chief Culinary Officer, the partnership will strengthen the chef's role in food development with the line.
