Welcome aboard the brand new Carnival Mardi Gras! On our third day on the ship, we are pulled into Puerto Rico. At the time of our sailing unvaccinated guests were not allowed off in port, so we stayed on the ship and pretended it was an extra day at sea as a family.

This is our first time on a maiden voyage cruise! We have been waiting to sail on Carnival Cruise Line's Mardi Gras for what feels like ages! This is a 7-night cruise sailing from Port Canaveral calling on the Eastern Caribbean: San Juan, Amber Cove, Nassau, Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Mahogany Bay.
