The Galley is really great as well, not missing anything! The COCKPIT is VERY large as well and very well positioned. Absolutely PERFECT LIVEABOARD option for someone, fantastic 2nd home, Weekend Getaway, Condo on the Water, or a Coastal Cruiser. With its being 70' on paper getting a slip is going to be pretty easy and very affordable, BUT the Living space volume it offers is of a 90 footer... just... what's my Fav word?! AWESOME! ;)
