New Bed New Car

New bed new car today! The previous owners did get a mattress topper but it is still hard, prison hard. Amazon shipped our mattress and we are going to pick it up, load it into the car, bring it down the dock, load it on the boat and let it expand for 24 hours. In the mean time we are going to spend the night with friends and let it expand. I'm curious to how this is going to unfold ?
We brought the new bed down to the boat and unboxed it and brought it down to the stateroom. The old mattress had mold on the bottom of it so we put down a vapor barrier so moisture can't get to the bottom of the mattress. We released the new mattress and let it expand and then we had to move the old mattress out of the boat which was not easy! We got a new 'CopperRest Sleep 9" Queen" Now we just need to try it out and see how it work! After trying it out we decided that it did need a topper and a mattress pad so we ordered a latex topper to keep us cool and a pad to protect the bed.
Next duty is to pick up our new car (new to us) a 2011 Porsche Cayenne. The lease for the 2017 ATS Cadillac is up soon and we need to have a vehicle that is conducive to boating and hauling around fends, gear and Amazon packages. The trunk in the Cadillac is packed and it is time to upgrade to a SUV. We took the Porsche Cayenne out for a drive after they had done some touch up paint and added a trailer hitch so we could tow our Boston Whaler around. As we were taking it for our final test drive the battery needed to be changed and a couple of gauges lit up so we need to talk to them before we take it home.
