After leaving the Bahamas, we were headed to the Keys and had a terrible boating incident in the ICW.
A Serina 58 recklessly and unsafely overtook us going south bound on the ICW almost capsizing us. Insurance wouldn't help, and we decided not to file small claims. So this is our recourse of action. To share our story here with you.
The vessel who overtook us is a 2022 Serina 58 hailing port Miami. Docks behind a house off west Biscayne Bay.
We are a family of 5 living fulltime on our 1987 47Ft. Trawler. Every week we explore, learn something, fix something, and answer something and try to share the true essence of boat life.
