By far our favorite day on our San Francisco to Fort Lauderdale Panama Canal cruise was transit day! When we boarded the Ruby Princess in San Francisco we went to the Sanctuary and booked a lounger for Transit Day. Best decision we made and I would highly recommend it! We had a front row seat to view the Panama Canal journey. We were out of the sun, out of the wind, had drinks and food brought to us and no crowds! Such a great way to enjoy transit day!
