Another cruise line is letting you bid for an upgrade before sailing, Princess Cruises is launching a cabin upgrade program, where booked guests can bid for a better stateroom category. The Caribbean island of St. Kitts and Nevis has dropped all of its restrictions for travelers, while Grand Cayman latches on to its for cruise passengers. Small ship line Windstar Cruises has dropped its testing requirement, but still requires vaccinations. Royal Caribbean International released new footage of its upcoming Icon-class ship Icon of the Seas.
