CRUISE NEWS - 50 PASSENGERS LEFT STRANDED AT THE DOCK. A travel agent was given the wrong information from a cruise line and 50 passengers were left stranded at the cruise port. NCL Joy was late returning to port causing issues for passengers coming and leaving the ship. A woman was surprised to get a bill 40 times higher than normal after returning from her cruise.
