The World’s Largest cruise ship, Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas was floated out at the dry dock in last month and is not being outfitted to enter service next January from PortMiami. Mexico bans smoking, including cruise piers, public beaches, and parks. Private beaches can still make their own rules about smoking.
