I found that despite my research and preparations, my Galapagos Silver Origin cruise was very different to my expectations. The landscapes, the wildlife I saw, and even how this expedition cruise ran and went were not entirely as I expected from both my past Silversea expeditions, but also from the reading and what I had watched. I came away also wondering if the Galapagos should be on as many cruisers’ bucket lists as it appears to be.
