I'M NOT HAVING A GOOD TRIP

I'M NOT HAVING A GOOD TRIP.
Well so far my Universal trip is a bust. My hotel room view is a construction fence. The main dining place dinner was terrible last night. 40% of the rides today broke down on us and we were told to do something the next day only to be told we can't do that any more. whet the heck Universal?
