In this video you will a full post hurricane sunrise beach walk. I start the walk at 7am Oct 11th 2023 to see how the area looks. It is a longer video, but I thought it would be nice to post the whole thing for historical documentation sake. It is film with an Insta360 X3 in 360 Mode, 5.7K 30FPS. Background info:
We were stuck in Hurricane Lidia (Oct 10th 2023) while we were in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The day of the hurricane we were supposed to fly out of the city, however our flight was cancelled with short notice due to the PVR Airport shutting down.

Good thing our Sunwing reps for our travel package gave us a temporary 2 bedroom beach front stop to stay at. It was a relatively safe spot being on the 4th floor of the Friendly Fun Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. (Originally we were at the RIU Jalisco Hotel, but it was full and we had to leave.)

It was a nice spot and we got very lucky hurricane Lidia died off early. We were right in the bullseye of the storm so it could have been a lot worst. In the end hurricane Lidia hit Category 4 and died off when it got to land.

Overall, it could have gotten a lot worse. I am glad things worked out and it did not escalate further. My specific area remained with power, but internet eventually did cut off, that is when the live stream ends.
