Things That SHOULD NOT Happen On Luxury Cruises, But DO!

On luxury cruise lines I have been on recently I came across and experienced things that I really did not think I would when paying as much for one day as a cruise costs on most other lines. Here is what they were and why. Are you as surprised as I am by these?
