Boatyard End Of Season Getaway!

Everyone is making a mad dash to the boatyard! We help a friend out by taking their Tollycraft to the boat yard while they were out of town. The Elli-Yacht had 156 hours this season an needed a full oil and fuel filter change for the diesel mains and the generator on the boat. We also had several gelcoat and fiberglass repairs that needed to be fixed as well as getting the exhaust elbow sprayers repaired. As with any maintenance, we found unexpected repairs that needed to be done. Unfortunately, this was in the form of carbon build-up in the turbos that required a rebuild.

To ease our stay, we spent a couple nights at the historic Mayflower Park Hotel, located in the heart of Seattle. That gave Karlynn the chance to take a bath and enjoy a night out at Rocko's Pizza in Belltown.

We also had a run in with an unexpected boat yard Trash Panda. Luckily, it was all caught on our Arlo security system for your viewing pleasure!
